@Angeljuice:
Saw them. Cautiously optimistic. Some Sony devs have a tendency to overpromise and underdeliver, and I hope that R@D meets its project goals in a timely fashion so we can see a Q3/Q4 2014 release.
Dem cloth physics. :)
I just want The Order to not suck. That's the game that'll sell me on getting a PS4 later this year.

Sony Santa Monica is in Santa Monica, CA
@NeoTribe
That's the beauty of opinions, right?
Indie games -- which comprise 95% of PS4's exclusives right now -- are not a system seller for me. They're smaller, contained experiences that -- while fun for a brief time -- don't have lasting value. They should be the filler in the PS4's lineup, but right now, they're all the PS4 has to set it apart.
I don't see the point in paying $400 -- or $500 -- for a console,...
Nah. X1 will have exclusives people will want to play, just like the PS4. As long as the graphical differences don't affect gameplay, it won't matter to anyone other than console warriors. I loved my PS3, but damn, Bayonetta and Skyrim played like shit on it.
Titanfall, on the other hand, plays like a dream. Sony is going to have to step up their server game if they want to compete in competitive games.
Why does it matter if he's frequented this particular website as much as you? It's that sort of provincial BS that makes the internet a generally worthless sea of opinions, since his opinion is no more or less valid than yours.
It's fantastic single-player games like this that will make me purchase a PS4.
Yup. Better to look at the games a console has when making a buying decision.
I knew all about Titanfall before E3, so I was prepared to get the X1, hell or high water. When the PS4 has a better lineup, I'll get one of those, too.
It's going to be a great year for gaming!
I totally agree, but from the opposite viewpoint.
I'm enjoying my X1, and I look forward to Sony's library growing so that I can justify getting a PS4.
The sad thing is, console warriors will flock to a slightly higher resolution and miss out on what could be superior multi-plat experiences on the X1.
360 multis weren't better because they were always prettier. Look at Bayonetta and TES games on the PS3.
Looking forward to this. Also, because that means we're one step closer to Cyberpunk 2077.
Yup. I'm hoping that this game will give me a reason to buy a PS4. I want to see more about the story, for sure.
Your life must be miserable for you to harbor such resentment for people you've never met.
In its alpha build, Titanfall was one of the most enjoyable game experiences I've had on any platform in a very, very long time.
Skipping it is your loss.
Shadowfall was utter crap.
Very pretty crap, but crap, nonetheless.
You should play the game, you ridiculous little person.
Then again, Thuway has a rep for spewing tripe, so...
Who cares?
To be fair, you can make cloak your tactical ability on any loadout.
Yup.
UC 4 (Uncharted)
UC4 = Unreal Championship 4?
