That’s exactly what this is, a hit piece because we can’t have Nintendo doing well in this industry the way it is. Then all the devs will jump to switch 2 since the ps5 and Xbox doesn’t have the user base. We can’t let that happen!!

Inflation and tarrifs made this an inevitability. Releasing unfinished games is greedy. Nintendo games hold their value years after release and consumers pay it because of quality. Releasing a handheld and not supporting it is greedy.
I'm one of those die hard lifelong Nintendo fans that's bought every console and have invested hundreds on top of every release. I will not be paying more than $400 with a game no matter what. Just not that enthusiastic about it. I want DK and MKW and Metroid but I'm just not ok paying that much for them. I'm not doing it. I'm fine with switch and ps4 for many years to come. Been looking at discounted series X to add those at discount prices. I see another game depression ...

These could be isolated incidents with the Lite, but it doesn’t bode well that they could have potentially ignored this problem and shipped faulty systems to save money.
