Prettier, but are these games ever really about the visuals?

Half the people in this comment thread just don’t like Nintendo or anything they do.
And even more don’t care about Mario Party, but won’t turn down an opportunity to complain about something this silly.
Every game can be played portable.
This one requires motion controls because Nintendo likes to try to be more interactive.

Make a classic PS3 that’s backwards compatible.

The controller isn’t much different.
All controllers are pretty much the same.
Same 4 button diagonal. 4 shoulder buttons. 2 analog, D-pad.
The labo stuff with the controllers is different. I haven’t tried it but I will someday. They are trying new things.
PSMove and Eye were good, but not supported. They come out with really good tech and don’t know how to build with it.
They all copy each other.

I was actually not impressed at all with PS+
It gives you games that might barely get pass the value of $30 but you also have to keep paying for it. It was “ok”
I’m not paying for this either until I see more.
The point is that when their sequels come out, they are irrelevant.
The differences aren’t substantial. They don’t take risks to the formula.

The psEye is sweet.
The vita is a nice piece of hardware.
Sony stopped supporting all of them.
These are two classic controllers that Nintendo is making clear, will not have much support.

The Mario party games don’t usially get high scores, and rightly so.
I’m pretty sure Other M didn’t fair so well with scores either.
You can’t claim that “Nintendo games get a pass” and then their metacritic scores echo the same sentiments.
Nintendo gets high scores because they know how to make games and have been at it for decades.

I loved Spider-Man 3 with the Wii.
The motion controls with that game were killer.
