Ryse is day 1. It's one of the best looking launch games and it's set in Rome and violent. It's a win for xbox-one owners.

Actually, I didn't buy xbox360 til 2009. Most people who bought xbox360 will buy xbox1. As for MS policies, it would of hurt them far worse than if they would of not changed the policies. That really doesn't mean people would automatically go and buy ps4 instead. Sony's policies are really no better.
MS will still own the US market. 360 is still dominating those charts. There really is no need to pre-order games for the new consoles. It's not like there will be a shortage. Xbx1 and xbox360 will dominate the US this holiday just like xbox360 has done the past 3 years.

You don't know what you're talking about. Nvidia has the best GPUs out right now. Go look at the Titan specs and compare them to the GPU's in the consoles/ It's not even a contest.
