MS cloud service is gona be awesome. This is one of the reasons why I'm choosing xbox first next gen. They have great services like cloud and xbl. Also features like smartglass, Kinect, Skype and snap features. But to top it all off, they have great games. xbox-one day 1.
Bungie is correct. Communities are more important. I will be playing Destiny with the xbox-live community because it's great.

MS has always had the better online service. They started it all on consoles with xbl. Sony's service has improved but it's still not on the same level as MS service. Even sony knows that.

Xbox-one is more customized than ps4. Sony went with off the shelf more PC like than xbox-one .
