They have been a big success in Japan. The good thing about it is that they really don't need to. They are pretty successful even with the little support they get from them. 73 million consoles sold is pretty special in this world wide economy.
Maybe wii-u since its the new thing. After that it would probably be xbox360.
I'm cool with that but sony needs to get some titles to support this thing, not just tacked on controls for games already released. We need more original experiences. Kinect may not be all that great but it does have plenty of titles that support it.
So what does being exclusive have to do with how good a game is?

Probably the last one from sony since it isn't doing so well. The 3ds is doing very well though.
That's why Live is the best. It has the best digital distribution network. There is always plenty of great content. You can expect a lot of discounts since the next xbox is coming next year.
You couldn't be more wrong. The 360 does do that.....and to go one step further if you have Kinect you can even do it by voice alone. Sony is still playing catch up when it comes to functionality and ease of use for their service. Me personally, I don't have to use neither one because I have smart TV which eliminates the need for them.
Everything is an option so it's not like anyone is forced into anything. Both apps are the same. The only thing different is you need xbox live gold to access it on xbox and with PS3 you don't. It all goes back to which service you prefer.....

I agree with that. It definitely has made some advances in the AI department. My point was that graphically it isn't blowing other games out of the water the way some people say it is.

Console were probably maxed out a long time ago. People keep confusing art with graphics. The Last of US looks great but its mostly the art. Graphically, its not doing anything better than Uncharted 2.
There really isn't much they can do about letting MS get the jump on them again. MS has the money to pretty much do what they want when it comes to this. The pressure is definitely on sony. We know they will be behind but we just don't know how far. This has to hurt them even more financially because the vita isn't doing as well as they though plus their rating just got downgraded. ubisoft is the best publisher in the game. They have given us the greatest games over the years. Far cry 3, Assassins creed 3, Ghost Recon, Splinter cell, Trials Evolution(PC),
Upcoming......Rainbow 6, Watch Dogs, Splinter cell Blacklist,Beyond Good and evil 2, Brothers in Arms furious 4, and so much more coming.
The game looks like fun to me. I will most likely give it a go. I love Insomniac. Games are all about looks anyway.
PS4 better be good or sony will be in even more trouble.
