I don't believe it but if this is true then xbox 720 will kill it when it comes to functionality during games.
Sony didn't win anything this gen and next gen hasn't even started yet. They are the only one still operating in the red. Playstation 3 lost more money than they made from it. As a matter of fact, all profits from the ps2 are gone because of the ps3 hardware.
The ps3 ending is a good thing for sony. It has been somewhat of a disaster for them financially. That's why they dropped the cell.
PS4 and next gen xbox will struggle at firt just like the wii-u did. People just don't have the disposable income to spend on these things anymore......Vita will continue to struggle too becasue the market has changed. Ipad and smart phones are killing off the vita.
We'll see how how you all feel when you have to pay for Gaikai services. If you don't like xbox or where MS is going with it, then it's simple.....don't buy it.

MS pimp out the same IP's year in year out. They charge to play online and for simple content like Youtube/Catch Up TV. All completely free on other consoles & devices.

PC will always dominate consoles when it comes to power. My gaming PC kills PS4 and most likely will do the same to next gen xbox. No competition there/ Consoles kills the pc when it comes to ease of use though.

I know the new controller will be better than sony's offering because the 360 one is better. Nvere care for the analogs on the DS3 or the one's before that. MS controller is hands down the best.

you need to leave the drugs alone buddy. ms isn't leaving the gaming business. not when there are beating the competition. The xbox 720 will be the the most versatile next gen console. Even sony fans love to talk about it. take yourself for an example.
