Forza is fun but cant match the driving feel of Gran Turismo.
@ Below, yes I have played both Forza and GT a good amount, I own gt but my missus owns forza so I get to play both. I am a car enthusiast in real life more than I am a gamer, and to me, the experience of driving is massively important, I feel like gran turismo comes closer to the real feel of driving than forza although obviously both are still far away from a true driving experience.
I tried to go up an elevator on one map, ended up with just my torso sticking out of the ground, got killed, and from then on through that game every time i wasnt in a tank or boat i was falling through the ground repeatadly as my dude tried to swim in concrete...then theres the sound cutting out in vehicles... then theres the random crashes, its a brilliant game when it works but developers need to realise if they dont finish a game before sale its gonna be tough getting people to part with ...
My first thought was, "OOOWOWWWW LOOK AT THE COOL FLASHING LIGHT ARGHHHH" my second thought was "dam these 40GB games are gonna take a lifetime to instaRGHHHH THAT WAS SO QUICK ITS AMAZINGGGGG"
This wierd shouty screaming went on for about the next hour... I got many wierd looks from the missus =P
I hope we get a voucher towards PSN wallet in the UK too!

Although we did get a free blu-ray for signing up to psn in the early days, so theres hope!

Agreed! I havent been watching any vids or looking at pics of this game for a while as I kind of lost interest when I thought it looked a bit too arcadey for me but holy sheet thats a massive improvement since I last seen it!! Its deffinitely back on my radar now!
The 3D is awesome! Ive made myself a bit car sick spinning out at high speed a few times =P
I really want to play this game but I know I have so little spare time to play it that I cant justify paying monthly for it :(

After playing the demo for this a while back I have to say it took me about 30 seconds to see that they are doing it right. The moment I took a FWD car around a corner and felt the very realistic lift off oversteer showed me the new physics is vastly superior to GT5 (and I loved GT5)
I dont think Gran Turismo is ever going to shift focus from being the true simulator it is, I think the backgrounds and sky are all just going to add to the immersion, most of us arent going to...

I used to love playing this game its so awesome, although my pc sucked and I hated sitting at a desk so Im so glad its coming to PS4! =D
