My wishlist:
Standard cars updated to premium. More than 25 would be appreaciated
New cars (preferably any of the 3 Top Gear reasonably priced car)
More season events
Silverstone track
While trophies are currently a small bonus this could halt Sony's plans to make trophies rewarding (there was something a while back where they said they'll give you "worthwhile" rewards for unlocking trophies).
I can see the benefits of general piracy and homebrew but a trophy unlocker application brings no benefits other than the smug feeling of artificially plat'ing a game with difficult trophy.
Is he hosting or is he the guest?
I already made a complaint about Panorama's Gaming Addiction episode last night. It was just awful.
They made too many "people who play games are the worst kind of people" references. For example they said gamers are like rats and called them pretty much losers for that queue of people waiting for starcraft 2 when there's a similar scene at movie premiers and book signings.
I'm sure some of of have seen one newspaper article about video ...
Wasn't that Alan Titchmarsh show on ITV?
Better a show about game addiction than violence in video games.
I've already seen the advert for this Panorama and I can predict it'll be some kid who says "I play on my Wii sports for 3 hours a day".
I can imagine those "addicted" play as much as the average user of this website.
This guy mentions future Uncharted modelling Drake off Marky-Mark like Lara Croft with Angelina Jolie.
This frightens me.
I'm unsure how PD feel about DLC but it's looking likely they're going to add all these cars (except for Porche)with DLC.
To make a game that features the top gear track without any of the reasonably priced cars is odd to say the least. The other cars are famous and well known, why they aren't in the game is beyond me.
Although the exception is the Mazda #16. There must be 100 Mazdas in GT5. I think we can go without one Mazda.
It's such a shame Stig revealed his identity before this came out. When Top Gear comes back they're going to have to kill him off just like black Stig.
I really hope PD add the reasonably priced cars in the form of DLC. I'll even pay for them. I really want to see how I do on the track.
Manuals for me nowadays serve as a reminder.
Most games this generation feature a tutorial at the beginning but after that you cannot go back to it without restarting the game.
Say I start a game then I stop playing and only come back to it in a few weeks. Chances are I've forgotten how to play this game. I can just look in the manual to get a refresher on how to use the game's features without starting over from the beginning or pressing every button...
Ah the days when you'll get a new game and read the manual on the car ride home.
It would last the whole journey.
It's a shame we don't get thicker manuals. Have you see the Mafia 2 manual. Thinnest manual. Granted it was and easy game to follow but there were a few things I missed which should have been in the manual.
Considering AC2: Brotherhood is focussing on multiplayer there should be a lot more information. I hate how onlin...
What's the difference?
Retailers never sell PC games. They always dedicate that sad little corner for PC games. The only games there are WoW, shovelware and Bejewelled. It's depressing to see the little corner hidden near the back with console games towering over them.
The current DS costs roughly £100 in the UK.
Conversions mean nothing. They're usually significantly higher. I wouldn't be surprised if this cost £220+
I remember back perhaps pre-2000 there was this german channel on Sky where they showed this strategy game pretty much all day. Then they'll show some odd upcoming dreamcast games.
If anything this new channel will only show old video game shows like Gamemaster and that one game show on Sky1.
EXCLUSIVE VIDEOS OF A NEW FINAL FANTASY GAME: FINAL FANTASY 10.
It's worth noting that there was on video game show on Virgin1 where Rufus Houn...
Piracy is bad blah blah blah. We know.
However 41 billion dollars just on handhelds sounds like a porkie.
Somehow it doesn't feel the same.
I'm too used to the camera angles the Top Gear team do. I hope there's a video of them recreating a star in a reasonably priced car lap with the exact camera angles Top Gear use.
Erm, those are quite low quality official screenshots.
Nevertheless I want a go at being a star in a reasonably priced car.
Oh EA how I missed your malicious ways.
You couldn't let Ubisoft and Activision have all the fun.
