crap, i'm gonna need a bigger hard drive.
if netflix or blockbuster ever offers their monthly service on a console where you can download any movie they have and watch it (instead of waiting for them in the mail) then i'll be the first to say "kick @ss". the problem with what ms is doing is it isn't anything i'm not doing now. i have my pc hooked to my tv and am watching all the netflix instant watch movies on tv. they need to make all of their movies available for instant watch. and the deal with sharing movies online with...
as long as it doesn't get too over-exaggerated like soldier of fortune or new fallout
but i guess i'm just hoping for more damage from gunshots. if it does turn out like you're saying it's still cool.
this game looks to be about being a great game. it's interesting to me that 360 owners defend graphical limitations of the 360 with: "it's about gameplay and not graphics" but then they come into ps3 threads and criticize the graphics. strange.
and is marcus fenix growing a hump on his back? really, go back to the 360 threads.
does halo 3 has 60 player multi? then, no, it's not halo 3. does resistance have pink and purple weapons? no, so it's not halo 3. i'll stop at this point.
if you can make heads explode a la RE then this is a great thing. my only gripe in first one was if you shoot chimera in head with a shotgun at point blank range; why didn't their heads get blown off?
with all the close range fighting in the first game, the gore will only add to the intensity of the combat. i hope when enemy loses his head he keeps walking a couple steps before he drops!(or maybe that's too sadistic?)
with the new KZ trailers/gameplay showing a lot of "up c...
i just don't see square handing out something for free that they know will make them bucket-loads of cash.
meaning: if you buy advent children, then you'll get a ff13 ps3 demo disc. it seeems to fall in line with square and their money-hungry ways.
i don't think i'd even want to venture on a thread connected with that story. i't would be really ugly on there.
it seemed sony DIDN'T know square was going to do this. maybe they did, but it sure looked like they got caught by surprise on this one. but, i think that only reflects poorly on square business practices.
first, i'm not sure i'm getting the game-i need more info on it.
that being said, your assertion that it was explicitly said that both versions will launch at the exact same date is your own fantasy. explicit means it is said or printed word for word: both versions will launch on the same day. it doesn't say that. i got curious cause i don't remember reading that anywhere so i went back and looked at articles on ign since you cited it was mentioned there. i didn't see it anywhere. it ...
if i ran sony....i'd have to tell square to go f%ck themselves. square just went behind sonys back and left them twisting in the wind looking stupid. sony, to save face needs to re-assert themselves by making it clear to square that every decesion comes with a price. and with FF not being exclusive anymore; it's just another multi-plat title. i'm not even a huge FF fan so this doesn't bother me either way, but, the business side of these decesions does interest me. and i'm curious how sony wi...
was that a joke?
seems like we've been waiting on this forever.
just watching that gameplay made me want to grab a controller and jump in. did anyone catch your AI buddy jumping at some helghast soldier and rifle butting his @ss and the rag-doll reaction of the soldier? super cool. feb. can't come soon enough.
sweet! home looks to change everything.
i'd love to know what the ms execs think of this.
maybe a little over-the-top on my comments. sorry about that but after all the looking at AC articles for months and finding nothing but comments about JR i think this stuff has gotten out of hand. this game looks like it has such potential and i want to hear what people (ubisoft reps or N4G posters)have to say about it.
yea, i'm interested in africa too. maybe it'll make its way to psn eventually. i'll bet home could do some cool stuff with it too!
