What delays are you talking about?

It just a shame the Blu-Ray drive in the PS3 is so slow.

Games take longer than a 360 to load, even after they have installed themselves onto my hdd.

I hate waiting. GRRRrrr...

Games can be too big you know.

Five times the size of oblivion?

Get real, whos gonna make that, who wants to play a game that big.

This just in..

HD-DVDFanboyAlliance.com states HD-DVD is winning...

Time to post a new story on Not4Gamers.com

Can you prove it didn't?

Does Blu-Ray have ALL the studio support?

...NOPE ;)

GT5 Shadow, need i remind you that Betamax was superior to VHS?

What won that format war?

Oh yeah..VHS!!

85% to 15% of about an overall 5% of total sales.

95% to DVD.

DVD is still the daddy.

Blu-Ray may very well kill off HD-DVD and amount to 5% of disc sales.

But it will still be DVD's b!tch.

Nasim, why bring PS3 into a 360 price drop conversation?

Aint got any decent games to play to pass the time?

Too many HD-DVD Vs Blu-Ray "stories" on N4G.

There aint a winner yet, there aint gonna be for quite some time either.

And it has nothing to do with Microsoft.

Give the debate a rest for a while.

Game looks awesome, nice framerate too for such an early stage of development.

Capcom showing that they're still one of the best developers out.

Solid Reason?

Too expensive, cheapest Blu-Ray player here is a games console that costs £425

Stand alone decks (which most people will buy) WAY more expensive, hovering around £1000 for the decet ones.

£450 for the crappy Samsung effort.

Where as you can pick up a Toshiba HD-DVD deck for £210.

eh most people with a PS3 actually.

Vast majority of people still do not have an HDTV.

Blu-Ray (yes BLU not BLUE!!) will fail, like UMD before it.

You'll see, just wait.

Soon it'll be only used for PS3 games.

6764d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

new games like Geometry Wars and Proper remakes of old games like Prince of Persia are cool.

I cant be dealing with crappy ports like sonic/street fighter 2 which look terrible.

Must have took Sega hmm lemme think, a whole 15 mins to put Sonic onto live arcade?

Sony is only dominating software sales, due to PS3 having a built in Blu-Ray player.

Buy HD-DVD is dominating stand alone machines, and has a higher software attach rate than Blu-Ray players.

In the end, it will always be stand alone decks that determine what format wins, not consoles, so with HD-DVD having the far cheaper decks, i wouldn't be so confident if i were Sony, not after looking at the previous format war efforts.

It will be the general ...

Who really cares about Nintendo any more.

They died the instant they launched Gamecube in purple with Luigi's Mansion as its big launch game.

Wii board?

More like Wii're bored.
