We all look at our games through rose colored glasses. If it's a x1 exclusive, Sony guys bash it for the missing details. If it's a ps4 exclusive with the same issues, it doesn't bother the Sony guys. And vice versa, x1 guys do the same thing.
So yes, as a consumer, I would want to know if this game is lacking content, and it should be marked down for it. Because the community should freak out if it gets a 10/10 needing a day 1 weather patch, and only h...
Keep this in mind... The video is compressed for us, which makes it hard to tell the difference. The individual writing the article hopefully saw direct feed when reporting, because their really isn't a way to properly report on the differences from this video.
I've been playing shadow of mordor on high textures on PC at 60-80 FPS. I also played the ps4 and x1 versions as well with my friends, during game play I couldn't tell a difference across all three. If you pause it I'm sure you can pick out differences, but I don't see how you could notice a difference while chopping off the heads of 10 Uruks in a mad scramble for your life.
For what it's worth, it didn't matter what system I played it on, I wa...
Yeah, where the bundle you buy comes with two different ps4 bundles.
I love all consoles, I wouldn't mind a massive bundle that came with am X1 and a PS4 in it.
What's sad is all the agrees you got, obviously the resolution on ps3 and x1 being the same has nothing to do with which one is graphically superior. So many gamers are using the resolution to define what is next gen, and So many sony fanboys blindly following one another.... But it's just as sad that Microsoft set themselves up for this whipping from sony.
If console generation is defined by graphical capability, then ps4 is very last gen as well, since 4k gaming i...
Yeah, who's Manuel?
LOL, don't lose your bubbles for having an opinion. You stepped out of line brother!
To be on the safe and to make sure you get "agrees" and don't pop another bubble, repeat after me...
"all hail ps4"
I'm torn, I have an X1 and a gaming Pc. I'd prefer to play it on my X1, but my PC can handle high settings at 1080 and 60fps easily, and it's $10 cheaper for pc. It's easy to see that it's a better decision to get it for pc, but so far my X1 keeps gathering dust...
While the x1 is a great next Gen console, it loses a lot of its luster when standing next to the ps4, because as much as I just enjoy gaming, I'd be lying if I said graphics don'...
It depends on how you look at it... My pc was $1200, but it's better than any current console as far as graphic capability... And honestly, it's only a $400 GPU away from being more powerful than the next Generation of consoles, but I can have that TODAY. If you are satisfied with the current graphical capability of current consoles and don't mind being stuck in that box for several years, then that is your choice, and you saved some money.
I, on the ot...
LOL, this is exactly what I was thinking. Sure, I can't hit Ultra, but it's still higher than any current Gen console. But I do have the option to do it, and the only way a console can hit ultra is by waiting for the next generation in 5-7 years. PC isn't "screwed", we just have the ability to get ultra detail at the expense of a very expensive GPU.
Considering the PC requirements, it wouldn't be surprising for x1 to need to run at 720, or 30fps... Hopefully not both.
I think we all have a basic understanding of the next Gen hardware now. The GPU on the X1 simply can't produce the same graphics as the PS4. Same thing on a PC, it either can hit 1080 with solid FPS, or it can't. If you want higher resolution and FPS, you need a better GPU, or in this case, you need the more powerful console.
If you have an x1, stop counting pixels. If you want to count pixels, buy a ps4 or PC.
By that logic, there's no reason to upgrade to ps4 either.
Guess you'll have to wait for the PS4 version...
"oh but I don't want it on PS4!" Same old cut and paste fanboy argument.
What's up with all the disagrees for people wanting a PC version? Like it affects you or something. Sony, king of current consoles. PC, Lord of gaming. By most gamers comments here, Sony is declared king because of higher resolution and FPS. So there is no logic in disagreeing that a PC gaming machine is more powerful, which is already in 4k gaming.
Anyways, go play your games.
Maybe you missed the part where I said I own an X1... There are reasons to own every console due to exclusives, but that's not practical for everyone. It would be preferable to own a ps4 and PC to get as many exclusives as possible.
I haven't logged in for like 6 months it seems, as I was tired of these types of articles and then the following arguments down below. I own an X1, it's fun, but graphically, there is no argument left to be made between the ps4 and x1. Well played Sony, well played.
On a side note, i almost bought a ps4 but decided to built a PC on steroids. Much more expensive, but now I don't have to join in on the console war. Couldn't be happier, and now I don...
"parity is gone"? As if that were ever a real issue we've all had to endure for countless years... And" finally enjoy multiplats"... To which games are you even referring? Have we had to waste away playing countless hours of inferior gaming until Watch Dogs releases?
Although I do love the multiple agrees you got, just proves how many mindless people are trolling around here.
So Vchartz is junk, everyone here has known it for quite some, but every hardcore PS4 and X1 fan has to come running to defebd their system every week for the same article. There's comments here longer than the article!
X1 brothers, Ps4 has sold millions more than X1. Even if this chart was correct 1,000 consoles sold more than ps4 means nothing.
X1 is selling well, clearly not as well as ps4. If they plan to catch ps4, then they better get to ...
You received a lot of disagrees for bringing up a good point. Racing in a racing game is expected, obviously... But where's the depth?
All I'm saying is, this game shouldn't be held up on graphics alone (which they are very impressive). Think to your all time favorite gaming experience. I know mine was the first time I played through MGSV, fighting that one boss (Ocelot?) and having to move the controller to port two in the middle of a boss battle. Those wer...
