I love how much wildlife is in Red Dead Redemption -- except when those damn cougars leap out of nowhere and kill my horse.
My point is that 3D TVs won't be common in homes for a few years yet.
The 3D aspect sounds really cool...too bad you'll only be able to play it that way at trade shows and store demos for a few years.
I had no idea the real world was so...green.
Haha, me too.
@AlfaxD_Centauro: I'm totally with you. I want recreated Mario Kart tracks!
Yeah, wikis do tend to be more encyclopedic in style than FAQs. Maybe the old walkthrough isn't quite dead yet...
I haven't actually gotten into any of the Bit.Trip games yet, but wow -- this game looks pretty awesome. It may be the first one I try.
I'm not convinced that there's a major problem with this policy. Do you think this will dissuade people from buying games at all? People who buy used still get the core game; new buyers simply get an added bonus. If the used buyers end up loving the game and want to pay for the extra content, they can. If they bought the game used for $40 and end up paying $10 for the extra content, they're still saving money.
And if the policy does in fact drive people to buy mor...
I've played through the entire season of this, and it is AMAZING.
I'm still not convinced we need a new 3D Mega Man...
I like that Capcom gave Monster Hunter a sense of humor...but it still isn't enough to get me to play the series. It just isn't for me.
I can't wait to try this game out.
You're absolutely right. This goes on far more often than we'd care to admit...and it rarely gets reported.
I think some of you guys are taking this article too seriously. It was meant to be light-hearted. "If Posiedon had taken control of the ocean, only to discover that every whale, dolphin, octopus, and Aquaman had waited until that exact moment to take the biggest collective shit ever, he certainly would have called foul" -- that's comic gold!
I'm a little more curious to try out FF13 after reading this.
Seriously. Someone likes their PS3!
Shouldn't Master Chief be doing that to a PS3?
Sure, Mario Galaxy is technically just another Mario platformer in 3D, but Nintendo made some pretty innovative changes to the formula. I wouldn't call it a remake, and -- despite opening the doors to casual users -- the Galaxy games are pretty damn challenges, especially if you try to go after all of the coins.
I really want a pirate-themed sandbox game.
