is good in vista, but i think that the usability, functionality and amount of compatibility that xp has is way better than vista. hopefully 7 will look as good if not better than vista but be as good as xp.
and even that 40million budget is not really news worthy, i mean, a man on a friggin' train.
sony had something to do with it behind the scenes, you know the whole shock-factor that it was announced for the psp. anyway i'm glad is for the psp now, 'cos i can now actually give a $#!+ about this game.

if that's the case the europeans should be getting more since, although the PSN is free we pay more for the PS3 in the first place.
