The feature are coming by next week?
WOOOT!!!
LOL, he could definitely be deserving of being on that list.
Fortunitely, I never bought into his hyping.
I did too. But they didn't live up to how hyped I got by these two guys in their Dev.Diaries.
I also buy way more games than my friends, so it hard to get them to play something with me when it hasn't done so well.
This was the case with BRINK. I liked it, but I couldn't convince anyone I know to buy it, and play it with me, cause I knew they wouldn't like it.
There are two names in the gaming industry that I will probably always remember for misleading me about how awesome their game *was going* to be.
Tim Willits - RAGE.
and
Sam Wedgwood - BRINK.
Ironically, they were the two games of 2011 with the iconic ALL-CAPS name-logos.
I'd like to present to you Exibit A - *points to Sonys' fiscal report*
and now I'd like to preset Exibit B - *points to MS' fiscal report*
and there you have it kids.
"thank you dummies for funding ms"
God forbid we reward a company for providing a quality service that we value.
Unfortunity not. Unless they avoid being like COD as much as possible, and stick to what makes BF3 so good.
Which is large scale maps, with vehicles.
Around 4:20 Gerald points to one of the guys being hung, and says "and Dandelion, what's he accused of?"
And when pointing at him, the guy has a hood on - when he has no hood the rest of the video.
Nailed it!
They probably know that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 releases on Nov.13th 2012
If anything they'd move it to early fall, just like Gears.
No shooter is going to want to release within the weeks following Call of Dutys' release.
Remember World at War when Call of Duty had Vehicles and large maps (where you'd practically had an option of spawning at redeployment locations)
..but then it started getting compared to other FPSs that had those - so the withdrew the innovation, further pidgenholing the franchise as a twitch 'arcade' shooter.
No. No. NO *Shakes head violently* NNOooo!!
Trust me, I don't like hating Call of Duty. I'd much rather treat the game like any other title I don't care for - and just not pay attention to it.
But as a shooter fan, and as a gamer who has played shooters from the beginning of Call of Duty, (and a little before then) I feel as though it's my duty (heh! no pun intended) that I actively degrade Call of Duty for what its' become.
There's been a lot of features of innovation (ie. vehi...
Wow! About fricking time
it's only be advertised on the battlelog websites' video commercial for 5-months.
What are you talking about?
I'm loving the 'rent a server' update.
I have to admit, it definitely screwed with the "quick match" cause you get put into empty servers a lot (I presume this is a short-term issue)
But you should try browsing the servers more often, and start saving your favorites. I know have an awesome favorites' list of all the servers that only play the maps I want, the modes I want, and usually with 40...
It sure does, which makes me question whether it has been confirmed to be on Xbox360/PS3 - I can't imagine how they'd play this.
I wonder how much MS/Sony will let the PC>Console graphical-gap grow.
Wow. Wow. Did I miss the memo regarding everyone now defending/liking Call of Duty?
What happened to demanding a higher standard for the industries' largest, highest grossing, franchise?
Has everyone forgot that they won't add dedicated servers, haven't made had a engine improvement in almost as long as this entire generation, hadn't changes the reload/aim animations, and guns look and sound the same as the last game?
Does any...
What gets me is: When was console-gaming boasted to be the cheaper alternative?
The games are $60, and usually cost than Steam deal when used as well. (Nevermind the game bought on XBLM)
I've bought 30-40+ games most of which were $59.99 (with $30-39 being the lowest) = with a total of thousands of dollars.
So who's supporting the industry more?
I don't get why PC-players are always trying to win the "cheapes...
Thanks.
:O
I'll probably be buying every one of those - minus to two portable titles.
