I can't help from laughing at the concept artwork used in the article.
It doesn't look bad, not at all actually. But it does have a little lip on the top side, that's obviously meant to look very similar to the original Xbox360s.
That concept art must've been created way back when, cause Xboxes don't have that kind of HHD anymore, and obviously won't in the New Xbox either.

Well, I don't know, but I thought it might be a cool feature if it made the game harder, or scarier.

There's a difference. FIFA punishes for foul language - appropriately - cause it punishes the player as if he got stressed out and yelled at a ref.
This has players trying to remain calm, during stress.
I think part of playing video games is working through said stress.
