Cool video. I don't like Kinect, even more after owning one, but that there really demonstrated how a younger generation may find the device second-nature. (Like us with controllers) The game seems rather responsive of the kids movements. (Limited input, mind you)

Console wars aside, they're both pieces of electronics that play video games - wouldn't it make sense that if one sells out that the other would likely sell out too.

R* already said that the 1 disc is for install, the second is for play.
It only makes sense that the play disc can also be installed to eliminate disc-spinning.
This is basic Xbox 360 install process.
