Agreed MS has gotten a great victory today for us gamers.
MS now is on the way to owning Activision and there is no other group that can block this deal so i expect the CMA will have to cave in to MS and let the deal pass. I hope as soon as the contract is signed that MS will announce that all Activision games including COD will become exclusive and that all PS version of games will be canned.
I know there will be prior contract in place for COD with Sony but MS can just break the contract and pay a fine for it. They need to stop ...
Awesome now i hope MS can make all Activision games exclusive and free on gamepass. Gone now are the days where Xbox gamers were forced to pay for COD and new we get it free.

'they would be CoD-less' i doubt it as Phil Spencer has siad that he has no intention to remove COD from PS regardless of Sony's attitude towards the deal. Remember Jim Ryan is a liar but Phil has never told a lie to us gamers.
Sony controls 80% of the gaming industry according to figures MS has shown the CMA. Sony's monopoly in game sales and console sales alone prove that MS needs to own more publishers/developers. Nintendo isn't considered a threat to MS or gamers but Sony is with their anti gamer policies they care more about making a profit unlike MS who care more about gamers having access to high quality titles for a cheaper cost.
If MS can put all their 1st party games on gamepass and continue to make great games like HIFI rush and Starfield then Sony can easily put thie 1st party games day 1 on PS.
Remember it's anti customer for Sony to continue to charge games 80 for their games when MS puts all their games on Gamepass for a very cheap cost. MS is the only company holding Sony to account for their anti gamer actions.

Hopefully this means the deal will go through and i also hope MS makes all Activision games exclusive to Xbox and put all game on Gamepass too. I've gotten used to not buying games anymore and i don't want to start doing it again.

Sure it sucks for Xbox gamers but your forgetting that the likes of Elder Scrolls 6, future Fallout games, Starfield etc.. are now not coming to PS consoles. So Xbox gamers can't really complain that Baldur's Gate 3 is a timed exclusive when the games that i mention all...
For me gamepass is the only reason why i own an XSX. In the past i usually buy all consoles as i like to think of myself as a well rounded gamer but this generation i was heavily considering go with just PS5 and Switch and now the Steam Deck.
But since i can get gamepass for cheap with all the 1 euro offers that MS peddles out and with MS rewards i don't ever actually pay for the service full price. I ended up buying myself a XSX though i do still buy most of my 3rd par...
It's a good game but i certainly wouldn't buy it. Heck 90% of the games that MS release are the type of games that i would just play via gamepass and skip buying them all together since MS is more then happy to foot the bill for gamers.
Forza looks good but not 12TF of power good.
Word has it the British PM is going to unblock the deal and strip the CMA of powers for their arrogance in regards to how they mistreated MS.
