Well the game isn't out yet so either this is one of two things:
1) intended and will roll as is because we have seen this occur in other games from the developer (SE)
2) this will simply be patched and updated by April 10 or soon after given that the game has not officially launched.
I don't understand. In the demo you barely confront Nemesis. Once you confront him for first time, you simply go to the gate and attach the hose and then the demo is over. The whole "battle" with nemesis lasts like 2-3min. I don't think evading him is an issue.
hardware is identical in power and in what it will allow developers to do. At this point, its all about the skill of the development team and the studios. My money on sony's awesome gaming studios that are much better than microsoft. can't wait to play more games from my favorite japanese developers like NieR, Resident Evil, and Final Fantasy. and other games like GoW.
Not surprising at all. It's honestly a great game and full of adventure, and you really get excited visiting each new town and seeing what other pokemon are available running around. The characters are fun, the animation and design is great, and has the BEST gym leader battles by far. So much hype in every gym leader battle.
Looking forward to expansion pass!
It's true, I've seen this loyalty first hand. Back when PS3 launched with like no games except for resistance, and xbox 360 was the lead console at the time, and my friends all told me to get a PS3.
I can't wait to play this game! I wanna be lost in that world. the graphics look absolutely incredible, just like the Advent Children CGI movie if not better. Wow how far we have come.
dude pokemon games have never had a titling story, you're playing wrong game lol. Graphics have always been fantasy and cartoony, so no issue there. Post game can always be expanded in a software update, and post game was never that deep anyway, typically people just egg grind and level up/max their pokemon or hunt for other pokemon.
Adding all the pokemon is unrealistic for the first main entry game on switch. Expect more pokemon to be added in next pokemon game a...
After evaluating this game the dexit issue is miniscule and doesn't matter. Nintendo Switch is a new system architecture. You can't just grab the pokemon from 3DS and throw them into a switch. Doesn't work that way from development stand point. A conversion has to take place.
Shield and Sword versions were first main entry pokemon game on switch. recreation of the models and their animations of the previous pokemon will have to be recreated for the switch...
Why's everyone moaning about always online? When are we not ever online? I know every time I fire up my switch, PC, Phone, PS4, I am always connecting to my wifi at home and I have internet wherever I go.
As a matter of fact, I hate being offline, and prefer to be connected and online as it provides a better experience when I can receive updates on who's online and so I can play with people.
Always online is here and it is the future.

Sick of these sensationalist titles. Nintendo Switch and any Nintendo console for that matter will never ever have a "exclusivity crisis" because Nintendo owns many IPs that are more than people can count. Take a look genius obnoxious article writer:
1) Mario - and all associated games that come with that name (ie. Mario Kart, Mario Party, Mario Golf, Mario Galaxy, etc)
2) Donkey Kong
3) Ness
4) Legend of Zelda
5) Pokemon - o...
The game is absolutely amazing and addictive. There were foolish and misinformed articles about how you have to "pay to unlock Mario", and that's honestly all BS. I unlocked Mario and a ton of other racers for free simply by playing the game. Either people didn't have the patience for it (business bank on the impatient ones, especially in mobile space), or the user simply sucks at the game and not scoring enough points to eventually by the racer.
The sh...
max settings of switch dude. Obviously when it comes to console games there isn't room for playing with graphic settings.
That is actually a phenomenal improvement given how a bit behind we are when it comes to battery technology in general. Max brightness, volume, and Wireless on gets you 4 hours, so imagine then when the brightness is typically toned down a bit and volume may not be all way up as im sure most people play, that'll probably be a little over 4.5-5hrs maybe. that's a 50% improvement at least.
A step in the right direction. Well done Nintendo.
I really hate the physics applied to their capes. Like wtf, seriously? why do developers have to make the cape flap in a million directions when a character takes one step, and as they're running, the cape flaps like there is a burst of wind hitting the character at 100mph. stuff things like this makes game look rough around the edges and diminishes any premium feel it had.
Invalid statement. this headline is presumptuous in assuming that games are for "everyone". Games are not for all. Some games are made for kids, some for adults, some for anyone to pick up and play. Example: A game called Cooking Mama. Not everyone is gonna want to play that game, because it may not be their preference or thing. It's like different genre of music, not everyone has the same preference, but there's all kinds of songs out there.
same thi...
Title is misleading. Miyazaki doesn't provide an update on Bloodborne 2 as the discussion/interview they were having was never related to Bloodborne 2 nor was it the subject matter. Miyazaki doesn't come in and say, "hey I have an update about bloodborne 2 for all of you since I know you've been asking about it. There was simply a fan question if Bloodborne 2 sequel would happen based on some Bloodborne Easter Eggs that were seen in a PSVR game they made. Had 0 to do with...
Not sure where this article gets its info from. but the title is complete wrong. Nintendo Switch is continuing to sell like hot cakes and surpassing expectations. The console has proved to be very appealing, especially with PC gamers, and Nintendo fans. Great games like Pokemon Let's GO, and Mario Party came out recently, and next month is super smash bros which will sell even more switches like never before.
Square Enix is already working with Marvel on an Avengers game, so that's not necessary.
That would be a terrible idea for the Intellectual Property. No x-box one exclusive is going to top any PS4 exclusive in the current environment given the disparity between the amount of people who own xbox or a ps4.
It should be cross-platform. The only reason this Spiderman game was an exclusive was because sony exercised their right to the IP, and I believe Insomniac is a Sony studio, but someone can correct me on that.
how will game look for those of us who getting it on PC? will it already be in "next gen" mode??
