Actually Konami is still going with their console gaming business with Mercury Steam becomes their main studio and some of former Kojima Production guys are in that studio.

I always go guns blazing and rarely carries non-lethal weapon,I even sometimes carry a shotgun to kill a guard and create a distraction, and then picking them off one by one with my rifle without them knowing my position because I always switch to other places after killing one or two guards.

In the end, all complaints about graphics downgrade will not affect much because of the great gameplay.
In Watch Dog's case, the gameplay and the game itself is totally horrible, so people have a means continue to attacking Ubisoft.
All I see is Teisel Bonne in the middle, the robot boy on the left is Mega Man, blonde Tron Bonne on the right and that blue little bot with cute voice is Bon Bonne.

If I remember, Batman Arkham City also started with tons of bugs and bad optimization. Even I couldn't get steady fps with my gtx 660Ti back then.
All in all, eventually they'll fix it.
Well, I don't have a beast rig and judging by the 1080p/30fps on both consoles, this can only mean one thing for me. The PC requirements are not too extreme.
I hope I can achieve at least 1080p/60fps.
