It's all about who captures the market first. This author made a good point comparing it to the current generation. Right now Xbox is actually offering a better product (save for the exclusives) but PlayStation is definitely the brand you think about when you think of a console.
xCloud & Xbox need to get in early and establish themselves. Once you get people locked in they're unlikely to opt out.
Couldn't agree more. We get worked up about single player games being chopped into pieces with DLC and yet "Live Games" have somehow made a business out of it that we are supposed to accept.
