You wouldn't think a beta wouldn't be eligible for GOTY but obviously they make up the rules to fit their opinions. That's ok we all have our own ideas of GOTY.
Bethesda has taken a great franchise and has over time turned it into crap. I have played all the modern Fallouts and each one seems to get worse. Sorry but I'm just done with Bethesda till they get a clue. 76 is a dumpster fire.

The Sinking City looks promising. I watched a couple of trailers and it kind of looks like a cross of Bioshock and The vanishing of Ethan Carter.
