I'm not trying to start a war, just remember seeing that the market value of the 3 was below what was paid. If someone wanted to overpay alot of money for my house I would sell it, but if I was only offered market value I wouldn't. I hope it turns out to be a good deal for everyone involved, especially gamers.
Sony did overpay for Bungie, just as MS overpaid for Zenimax and Activision.
I'm not even going to add this to my ps plus library. I was mildly interested but this situation fixed that.
