Rushing to complete development of a game so that it can release simultaneously with the movie probably doesn't help.
I'm glad the game did well. Rockstar and Team Bondi attempted to do something different and, if it failed, we'd probably just be subjected to nothing but FPS's for the next couple of years.

Actually, I think my mom bought me and my brother Mortal Kombat as kids. She didn't hate it and thought the overabundance of blood to be kinda cheesy.
