Yep, the potential is there, just not seeing it in that short 20min presentation. Yes, the comments made by the player after killing a zombie will drive me mad if we can't turn those off.. Definitely has that "arcady" feel to it.. like Omar91 said - I'm not seeing any real sense of danger in it.
Do we know if there a night portion to this game - cause you could really crank up the tension and sense of danger, if part...

Well, so far color me unimpressed.. that voice acting is terrible.. look like a TC mod, that's the vibe I'm getting from it.. and unless it's the video - what's with the GFX, they seems to have a thick filter over them - washed out and blurry..

Gameplay is rather generic, shadows look decent enough as are the ambient sounds....
I'm torn on the PSP remasters.. on the one hand, it's going to be great to replay them on a big screen TV with remastered visuals, DS3 controls.. but on the other, makes me wonder why I spent all that money on those PSP games I have(and the PSP actually). Seems it was Sony's plan all along to bring these to the PS3.. hindsight is always 20/20 though.

Well IMO.. Sony do more than consoles and games - you know that right?, So, why no Microsoft articles?.. xbox division still loses money - sure they the lead in NA for consoles but worldwide they don't.
Windows 7 phones are a disaster sales wise.. as was the Kin, if it wasn't for Kinect add-on and MS monopoly on OS on new PC's.. I'd hate to think where MS would be. But, we don't see those types of articles like that about MS here on n4g - same goes for Nin...

I'd disagree with that score.. 6.5 at most. The problem with the PSP version is that it's ridiculously easy (and I thought LEGO Star Wars III on the PSP was easy) You can go through the entire story mode in less than 2.5hrs and even replaying in 'Free Play' and taking your sweet time.. you'll be completely done 100% in under 9hrs.. throw in there's no replayable factor after finishing 'Free Play', no online, no nothing. The 'Pirate Duel' mechanic is not...
Those are impressive, all 5 Nintendo devices combined numbers only just beat the PSP numbers.. who've thought that the PSP would sell so strong.
Bland review - seems the reviewer thinks that if it isn't 'Star Wars' it's crap.. and actually LEGO Batman was by far the worse and most bland playing LEGO game yet - considering the license, TT Games blew it with Batman.
But having said that, I still play LEGO Batman, in fact I still play all of them.. beaten them all except POTC (which I don't have yet) and still enjoy them.

Scraping the barrel me thinks.. played the game and was bored by it after a hour - never replayed it.. the premise of the game is cool, the execution was wildly lacking.
