What they need is to have everything link together. Example, if I click on a game in the demo section for example, everything relate to that game also present (ddlc, contents, the full game, info, pictures, etc...). jumping from one panel to another just to get all the info u need is not efficient.
Another thing is to have psn and xmb as one rather then separate so people can do everything directly from the xmb, instead of keep logging in and out just to do something, like ...

i don't think u understand the concept at all. People can be hard core in one but not another depend on their taste and interest. Perhaps you can differentiate/group people by their interest, but you can't label them as hardcore/casual based on what you like (hardcore) and what you don't like (casual).

Cause as of right now, you have to jump around from one category to another just to get more information on a specific game (a lot of them don't even have any information).
