"What a joke dont quit your day job flipping burgers at burgerking."

While I agree with you on your point, I just wanted to (again) bring up a double standard. How is that not marked for racism?

Last time I checked, If I said "Don't quit your day job picking rice" in relations to an Asian country, I'd be marked right down.

Not that I would condone that lol. Again, not trying to pick a fight, but want people to open...

Or in the case of CoD, sub-HD trophies.

Right now, in the here and now (PS3/360 gen) it seems risky. But next-gen, when the PS4 releases it will be standard practice. At least Sony isn't forcing them to have 'move' support, as that is in no way the future of gaming, just a side-track. This is more like a tap on the shoulder, forcing, or at least helping publishers/developers to move forward and get with the times.

Devs/pubs can either love it or hate it, I don't care. The fact is Sony has spent bill...

You are impressed now, wait till you actually get to play it at home on a HDTV. It will look leagues ahead of this. Plus, Guerilla games still have plenty of time to make it better.

It is scary to think what a Killzone that follows this one will look like. Mind-blowing.
Also, this game just looks to good. What I am wondering is, will we be saying this games graphics are 'ugly' compared to PS4 games made 6 years from now? If so, that is frightening.

Exactly. This isn't 'news', as MS has been known to do this. I'm sure other companies do as well.
That is why people say XBL is very secure, because MS hire the best of the hackers, and build around their knowledge.

How can a hacker hack something that was made by a prodigy in hacking?

EDIT: As the old saying goes; 'Keep your friends close and your enemies closer'. In this case, the 'enemy' is the potential hacker of y...

Yes, Ustream was quite impressive for the most part. On N4G, the video lagged for me. I then went to IGN, it lagged. Then GameInformer - lag.

It worked the best of the actual Ustream website for me. I missed the whole Capcom presentation in between switching sites lol.

I don't think they expected that many people to be watching it. It was amazing. The hype surrounding the reveal and the amount of people watching it can only mean very strong sales for the...

Going off David Cage's talk in the conference, it seems very likely. Either way, I am looking to them next-gen for the most immersive storytelling. The insanely realistic character models help greatly in delivering the emotions that he tries to get across. Worked wonder with Heavy Rain, and Beyond:2 Souls has taken it to a new level, deemed unreachable on current-gen tech. But, he will keep proving us wrong.

@MostJadedGamer

Agree. I find it funny that Ubisoft are complaining though, as they have been taking advantage of the large PS3/360 install base by milking Assassin's Creed.

@Ripsta7th

Yes, they did. So that means we will see games still being made for the PS3 even whilst the PS4 is out. Some will be cross-platform, and some will be unique to the PS3, like the original God Of Wars.

Some might think that strange, but it is...

Yes it would matter. The problem isn't the time in which a game is developed, just how often they are released without much innovation or anything new brought to the table.

For instance, CoD games take 2 years to make roughly, but there are two teams going at it, hence the yearly release cycle. Not much new is brought to the table, so people lose interest from something they were once passionate about because it originally brought something new a...

"how long can you milk a cow for"

Well, they only produce milk after giving birth. They usually 'dry up' at around 300 days afterwards. They are then usually 'bred' again, which takes about another 6 months until they give birth again, and so the cycle repeats. Dairy cows usually live approximately 7-9 years in a human controlled environment. Without human interference, maybe 15 years.

;)

"Then offer me the season pass when it's ready"

Kind of defeats the purpose of a 'season pass' don't you think? It works out cheaper, because you are paying in advance, as it gives them money straight up.

I think people are overreacting at this stage. Remember, the only bad thing about DLC, is 'bad' DLC. If done right, I'll be very happy. Anyone play Minerva's Den from Bioshock 2? That story DLC was very, very good. I...

Haha one of the first things that came to many people's minds, as it did to mine. Just simply 'cool'. Very well done video, but trying to control it would be near impossible. Very good effort, but how would you dodge stuff from behind?

That is why I don't think it would work. If anyone had any ideas on how it would, share. (The 2D in the corner might be distracting and helpful at the same time)

Also Guerilla games is supposed to have a new IP too don't they? On top of the amazing Killzone game.

I asked for a new Killzone, new GT6 and something from Quantic dream. I ended up with more than I asked.

Instead of GT6, we got Drive Club, although that looks like it could easily fill in the time between a GT6 release. Quantic Dream are obviously excited to wow us again, with character models that are looking almost real life.

Knack loo...

Soldier, you are absolutely right. A lot of people I know are fed up with Xbox, so MS are going to have to do a great big deal to bring some people in. Kinect is basically making every X-box owner mad. I'm glad a have multiple consoles, as Xbox fans are getting a raw deal.

TBH, I am very sick of them. They need to look at what Sony is doing, and follow suit. It's adapt or die at this point, and I only pray that gamers will no support them IF Kinect is the only thing t...

It may have been the Capcom guy. He was funny as.

EDIT: LOL @Randy Sh**ford coming out of his hole.

Also, when it showed like all the developers comments on the PS4 during the conference video, Randy got to talk the longest. Bet he can't wait to be the first person next-gen to F*** us over again lol.

"However, I am delighted to see many of my XBOX exclusive friends say how impressed they are with the PS4, and how they plan on getting one ASAP."

Funny thing that a lot of 'new gamers' don't realise is, that most people who own an Xbox 360 had a previous Playstation console, and still do. Nintendo fans have more of a chance to have had mainly Ninty products, and PC has been around for ages.

My first Xbox console was in 2008, after only ...

"...if Microsoft unveils the 720 at E3, there's a chance of the internet exploding."

Hence why they didn't fully reveal everything. They played it very smart. We are all hyped up and ready to go, but we still want more (the look of the console and price).

Basically, they get 2 massive reveals, as opposed to MS having just 1 (presuming they don't follow what Sony did and have a conference at the GDC).

TBH, I just wanted t...
