Hate that they changed him back. Very disappointed in his new/old generic self again. Very conformist. On a side note, I sure wish Sucker Punch would afford us some indoor missions this time around. It'd sure make the game feel a bit more varied and diverse.
Yes, disagree with wanting more variety and diversion in the game. That makes sense. Let's not have indoor missions and open up all them "new" possibilities. Let's just run around rooftops a...
Never played the first Portal but everyone loved it and when Gabe came out at E3 and showed this off everyone was floored. I still don't understand the whole concept or what the game is going for, maybe I'll have to play it today or tomorrow or sometime soon, but are these games aesthetically suppose to be graphic marvels? I didn't think the 1st Portal looked all that amazing. Looked sterile and clinical.

As if you ended to bring that to people's attentions. As if you, of all people, just stumbled upon an epiphany that afforded you this wonderful insight of information and it was your civic duty to share it with others. Listen, I don't even like the series. In fact, I loathed it. I played like 3 hours of the 1st one and got bored into comatic sleeping fits so bad that when I heard Bio Shock 2 was on the way I bought it just to help me with my Insomnia. Wi...
I think it looks repugnant and offensively bad.
Definitely looks good visually. Well, for the most part. There are so bland/flat textures here and there but the overall presentation is so slick and smooth it'd be hardly noticeable or worth the effort to bitch about it. I am a little off put by the location, though. I really wanted to see some Farmlands of the midwest represented. Rivers, rolling forest, pastures, silo's, hay bails, tractors, gravel roads and creeks. It'd have been really diverse using the midwest. There ...
Yeah, and nothing prepares you for the real driving experience like holding a plastic controller in your hands and using two rubber analog sticks to steer. And let's be honest, 38 million Ps3's sold don't equate to the indigent who bought plastic steering wheels and foot pedals, either. They've sold, maybe 100,000 of those in total this gen. Maybe.
Playing a racing game with a controller is just about as far away from the real thing as you can't get in ...
Dear god keep these hacks (Insomniac) out of the mid-west. It's already ugly enough without Insomniac's murky, ps1 quality texture renders farting in your eyes.
Shatter = one of the many block/brick breaking games on the network. So tired of these games. It's like, how many of these can people stand? These and twin stick shooters. Give them a rest. For once I'd love to see more RPG's and Action games. I'm tired of these shallow experiences.
Mafia 2 will be avoided like the plague on the PS3. Just as I said it would. Love how the lawns are brown and cut and the pools are all drained on the PS3 version. Not to mention those sub hd graphics. Crazy. PS3 owners are getting smart, though. I think so.
Could pave the way for Sly Cooper 4. I really hope so. I'm interested in this one for what I hope it accomplishes rather than what it probably will. It seems like a pretty small scale game opposed to an epic, full on, scaled game. Like the levels and such will be small arena-ish. I hope not, but I haven't seen much on it.
Looks like Sony's been constipated since PS+ hit. Nothing good coming out of them.
Can't polish a turd no matter what coat of wax you use, guys.
It's kind of sad and a bit funny how Sony punishes everyone who owns a Ps3 when a small group tries to hack it. What is this grade school? If you don't tell me who's responsible then the whole class will be punished! Sony's really out of the loop sometimes. With that said, I'd love to be able to run emulators on the Ps3. It'd sure make things less messy around my office.
Edit @ the guy below me
What you just said made no sense wha...
I think the same people who make all them off brand cereals created Cole for Sucker Punch. You know, instead of Co-Co Puffs it's Co-Co Roo's or Co-Co Dots? Instead of Cap'n Crunch it's like Marshmallow Mattie's? Has to be. Hell, that's the only logical sense I can make as to why he looks so damn generic.
Here's a little something for you - Okami, it sucks. Bad. In fact, the credits, the opening ones, were so long. So boring. So drawn out, that I didn't even play the game. That's how much of bore Okami is and was and will always be until they add a "skip" feature. Okami was lame. As hell. It's opening scene is longer than Scott Pilgrim vs the world's (psn) credits. They are uncalled for long. And to make us sit through such tripe is beyond me.

But still can't manage to outsell a system labeled as inferior and old tech wise. On both counts actually.
It should've been called PS-timeshare; because that's what it is. Nothing more. It is a money trap for financial gain with little viable use to the consumer. Just like a time share. 48,000 dollars to occupy this space for 5 days a year for the rest of your life or, in the PS+ case, 50 dollars a year to occupy your Ps3's hdd space with leased games.
We pay this much to use this space for this amount of time each month for x amount of years. Sounds familiar. ...
People who are crying over this news are idiots. This industry isn't the same industry as it was even Two years ago. The industry has shifted an intense, immense, amount. These companies cannot make their games for one system anymore. They just can't. Sony and Nintendo benefit from a healthy dose of in house guys and owned IP. Microsoft doesn't.
This industry, the gaming industry, will see an unbiased buffet across all boards by 2013. By this I mean the ...
That's, how should we put it - Unfortunate? Huge blow to Microsoft, but one most anyone with any common sense knew was going to happen once EA absorbed the I.P. Come on, use your heads "gamers". And anyone who tries to defend the situation by saying something as stupid as "Yeah, but the experience won't be complete because Mass Effect isn't coming" is a eclectic idiot. Check out those used games at Gamestop and Amazon. Those are sold buy gamers all over t...
Boy that looked rough. And not in a good way. It looked like a turn based RPG to be honest. You take a turn, now it's my turn to hit you. Ok, hit me I won't move. Promise. That game looked like a really bad episode of the Three Stooges.
