Yea, she was intrigued by the Beyond Two Souls demo too. Just waiting to see if they actually do the HD remaster for Ps4. :)
Great video! It's interesting the bit about focus testing women. My wife doesn't game a lot, but she absolutely loves this game. She's beat it at least 4 times. She also loves the Uncharted trilogy and the Tomb Raider reboot. It's the strong movie-like narrative with less over the top-macho protagonists that appeal to her. (She can't stand games like Halo or Gears of War with 2 dimensional brutes. *Not hating. I like Halo and Gears personally.)
The soundtrack on this game was sooo good! I still listen to it occasionally while I work nowadays.

*On topic: Knack is actually pretty fun in my opinion. It's not nearly as terrible as some have made it out to be. Not groundbreaking or amazing, but fun enough.

So play at a higher difficulty? I started with Nightmare difficulty & I can assure you that you can't just haphazardly approach fights without strategy. You'll die too quick.
Really? You didn't find even a little enjoyment out of Outlast or Resogun? There were others I enjoyed as well, but these 2 were standouts for me. Not everything has to be AAA. Resogun was gorgeous.
I saw quite a few people streaming the Alpha on Twitch/Ustream on the PS4. I guess the author never visits the streams.

Amidst the console wars, the rampant fanboyism, I am thankful that we (most of us) live in a world free to have such an amazingly fun hobby. Such an amazingly fun way of life.
