i haven't played all of prototype yet but form what i have prototype jsut feel like a hulk game with some overly played out badass. it fun but it doesn't feel like a unique experience infamous just feels fresh and different
i'm not saying natal will be bad for sure but a lot of people are giving natal credit that it hasn't earned. natal as great potential but considering how little we know i think people are getting way to hyped, such as saying MS's conference was the best mainly due to natal. my point is just the we have to wait as see about natal before we start talking about how it can change the industry especially considering the wii was hyped this much too until we realized the motion controls weren't all ...
if natal wasn't there everyone would be talking about how sony showed if more and better exclusives. what i don't get is why people are so amazed with natal. i think great casuals games can be made with it but in terms of hardcore games i think natal will be exactly like sixaxis, a gimmicky add on that you can't build a game for. one thing sony learned from eye toy was that button are absolutely for some thing and that there can be not substitute. a lot of people talk about how natal will be ...
most likly not true but if the due activision will get enough hate mail to break the internet
if MS and Sony start shipping it with each console it will help their cause greatly
not only i'm a glad sony is coming out with a true 1:1 motion controls but can you imagine the game that will come out that can utilize both the motion controls and the PS3's power. even if motion plus offers the same 1:1 motion controls as the PS3 will dev will still have the to overcome the hurdle of wii's shortcoming when it comes power. this will allow more complicated game to utilize motion controls and an integral part of the game rather than some gimmicky addon
i must say i'm actually starting to like Geoff now. he doens't seem like tool that just repeats what a prompter says and actually pays attention to whats happening
while qore does have a lot of things like demo/beta access along with free themes and free PSN games that are well worth it i have to say most of there coverage on games is pretty lackbuster. most of there coverage is either about a game i don't give a damn about or is filled with things i already know
i have no idea why so many people are hyping this so much when we haven't seen a real game working well with this. even in the burnout paradise demo people were saying that the gas pedal was either fully pressed or not pressed at all which shows a big potential problem as natal can't recognize minute differences in pressure like a trigger would. natal might work but right now i don't you should think that based of the little we know
lol gave more props to sony that i thought he would but still managed to slip some overexaggeration like how sony spent too much time talking about number and charts and not enough on game when sony clearly showed of alot more games and exclusives that MS did
MGSR = spinoff title that is not made with kojima plus kojima disapproves add in the fact the the core MGS4 team like art director, lead programmer, gameplay director and such is working on MGS peacewalker
Natal = unknown quantity nobody knows if this will work for core games or games that require a lot of precision like racing games and even people in the burnout demo using natal mentioned that when using the gas pedal it was all or nothing and lacked the precision that a trigge...
if i remember some one said that in the burnout demo when you hit the gas it's either all or nothing in arcade racers thats fine but what about games like forza that require a lot more precision
this brings up alot of good point but only time will tell if natal will work like it's advertised to. i do think people are getting a little carried away in terms of hype. i could see natal being as good as MS is saying and it very well could change gaming but it could just as easily see it failing and/or only having casual ware. PS3's motion controls looks like a safer risk and with the power of the PS3 i can see some awesome games coming out in the future. again only time will tell once we ...
natal looks great on paper but it doesn't seem like it necessarily will work the way it's planed. imo sony's motion control looks alot more promising as of right now. if natal works exactly the way MS is putting it out to be then yes natal will be better but i highly doubt that
wait how? there were no big announcements outside the MGS rising announcement, which still could me multiplat? considering everything that was announced wasn't that big or was too vague to have any real impact i don't see how MS's 09 conference was one of E3's best
here is where my concern starts all MGS have the subtitle tactical espionage action for rising it's lighting bolt action or something like that. plus kojima say he doesn't like it. what type of game is this exactly
is there another franchise a saide from maybe mario that has sold more?
there will always be piracy plain and simple why waste money on finding way around it and just except it seriously companies will sell out millions and new tech to stop piracy but in a matter of weeks they will be prey to the many hackers to find ways around it. it is inevitable. unless Onlive becomes standard the the only way of playing said game piracy will exist. and even i have my doubts about that
man that qore issue is killing some of the surprises that sony has in store. PSPGo, LBP PSP, GT5PSP, and a new MGS for the PSP hopefully there are a couple PS3 annoucements that we haven't heard yet
when will people learn most people play video games to relax not move about in front of your tv like a madman
