I think you're mixing up what Pika is saying... As a game, Froza has the possibility to get a goty, but due to racing games generally not being good and an abundance of games that deserve the title, Froza does not have the capability to win the goty....
Actually, Bethesda has really revamped its AI, AI now attack as a group as opposed to a single entity, one or two will rush straight at you to draw you attention while the rest run around and come at you from the sides and from behind you.

Correction, 30 hours of gameplay + 20 hours for every guild (at least 4= 80 hours)+ 50 hours of random quests + 50 hours of dungeon delving (excuse the WOW term) = 210 hours of gameplay, and 90 hours of travel
