the game are awesome BUT... we have to talk about the control scheme...with Wii controls, it holds well (as long as you don't mind motion control), with gamecube controller... NO, no at all the control scheme has not age well at all, the controls came from an era before we have an standar for FPS controls.
in fact it's one of the biggest gripe Metroid community have, they way you move is not the same as todays' FPS standars, making hard for new comer to get into...
Nemesis didn't feel like a threat, it feels like an overhype boss battle, something that you have to fight rather than something that you have to run from, and the fact that they added a dodge mechanic and making the game more action like diminish the fear factor, you don't feel defenseless.
making Nemesis the only boss(es) in the game didn't help either, it tells you, you don't have to fear him you have to fight him, in the original fighting him was not opt...
yeah, how dare nintendo to not let people create pirate copies of Mario, for Play Station. shame on them.
if they want to make a Mario game, they are legal ways to do so, just look what Ubisoft did with Mario + Rabbids, they present the concept and they like it. if not just do your own dang thing!
is Nintendo overprotective? yes, and a lot but don't act like if they were in the wrong
Mario is one if not the biggest video game IPs t...
I say it's because DQ has done almost nothing to be innovatve, I can play DQXI and see how easy that game will play on SNES (graphics aside of course), and I am not saying this because it's Turn Base, I mean the game feels.. old school? more traditional I guess it's a better term?
I have no played many DQ games but enough to say that the stories are way too basic: Hero, Princess and Demon Lord, which is not a bad thing, after all Zelda has been doing great, but ...
is not Sonic Mania a whole new game?
got uncharted and don't care about cars, oh well, I guess after 3 good months (for me) I was expecting better. I guess i'll take another look at my steam library.
I am not fan of game grump, but I do acknowledge they have some really funny episodes (or lets play) at times (I usally watch them if the have a funny animated parody tied to it), and House Party was without doubt on of funniest lets play they have done.
if you don't mind some swearing and what some may consider inmature humor, watch their let's play of House Party, is no wonder the devs added them to the game. those episodes were the best publicity they could get. ...
as someone who share the same problem with FFXV, I can tell you that they don't fixed but rather improve it.
-in FFXV it was hard to tell what anyone was doing be it friend or foe since they all moved in a more natural/"realistic" way event when 1v1 it was hard to tell if the enemy was just moving or attacking, and in this game the moves are more exaggerate and flashy and the enemy locked on shows the name of the attack they are using making easier to defend a...
mean while, let's talk how the devs of Wolfstain should've sue every companie who made FPS afterwards.
and let's add South Park last episode (02 from this season), I swear this week has been all about China's censorship
dude, it's just a short funny story and since it happend to Kojima, why not share it in a gaming site?
do you undertand that the drift problem will be even bigger in a console where you can not replace the controlers?
as a veteran MH player, I doubt ditching the handhelds was what make it succefull, it was the quality of life improvement MHW did.
from the weapons being easier to use, to the way garthering materials work.
ever since gender is something "made up" by society and not something inherent of nature.
if it bother them that much that means they want a physical copy of it.
great! now we can say everone and their mother is suing Epic
I am not sorry.
I waited for soo long to get Kh2.8 and they give me this, I can deal with it. (plus I don't have any KH hd collection)
this sound way too good to be true!!
Cool, that's one final fantasy that I never got the chance to play and always wanted to.
any difference from western media making them the bad guys every time they have a chance?
