no at all, in Smash Bros each guest character play omage to their series and have moveset that represent that character, in fornite they all are only skins,
¿superman? using a gun
¿Ryu and Chun Lee? using a gun
Smash goes way beyond that, they even add small details that most people will overlook but fans of those character will recongize, that a level of dedication Fornite will never have.

that's exact reason I quit after a month, there literaly no difference on level 20 stuff to level 100, only bigger number and more particle effects on the same 5-10 mobs, where skill is not even relevant.
any high level player is most likely whale and being F2P player means playing each day for scraps.

that's is Final Fantasy biggest strength and weakness, each game's story, art style and gameplay mechanics are never the same even when it was turn base the level progression was different so everyones opinion on each game is vastly different, once you play FF7R and/or watch FF16's trailer you will see it does not look like FF15 or FF7R at all.

FF7R is far more "gaming" and fast phased than FF15, FF15's first 8 chapters are quite slow as they try to set up the main party dinamic before it all goes down.
whenever other video game franchies are like variations of the same flavor (for example vanilla, french vanilla, etc..) FF is a complete different flavor with each game (some are darker, some are more epic, some are more personal).

Kitase did what he could to salvage whatever FFversusXIII had and turn it into FF15.

this one of the biggest come backs ever in gaming.
I am a average to mediocre in FPS so I get kileed quite fast, I would rather not play a game where I spam get killed and have to wait 2 minutes before a new game, specaially if my 2 options are hide for 10 minutes or get killed in 1.
the have to pull a real reborn in this game, but the fact that the basic gameplay iso many flaw, it's a big flag, they would need to pretty much reboot the game it self.
it'll be a miracle if this game succeeds
Bugsnacks is a game I wanted to try if I haven't forget it exist when launch, now I know for sure I'll be trying it.
