Apparently there was no real pressure to make a good game, either.
Seriously? Again with the dupes? Same article. It was on the front page last night: http://n4g.com/news/859280/...
He's full of shit. Final Fantasy 4 and 5 didn't have these issues on the PS1. CT and FF6 did. I have both collections for the PS1 and experienced it first hand. It's why I never finished CT or FF6 in the PS1 incarnations. The freezeup before any battle and ability use in battle made it unplayable. FFT on the PSP got the same treatment and SE themselves said it was because the ports had load times, that weren't in the original, hard coded in.
This has nothing ...
Good luck making phone calls after you've run your battery down playing games.
Except that in order to use the counter button as an unstoppable force all the time, you can't go on the offensive and lose all the fun of the combat. That's like people who said Arkham Asylum was too easy 'cause they used detective vision almost full time.
Dumbasses like this guy are the reason for shit like the thief guild race in Centro that was practically a straight line run across some buildings, a leap of faith and a ladder climb. It was absolutely lacking in any challenge and had no creativity behind it.
Ubi's solution? Throw 5 archers in the way that aren't on that set of rooftops normally. Herpderp, artificial difficulty because people thought the races were too easy. So thank morons like this for games with b...
What a surprise. Dudebros picking CoD over BF. Totally unpredictable, I say.
Bullshit. It doesn't take 300hrs to play through the story quests to the end. I'd be surprised if it took 30hrs, if you just follow the main quest path. The quality of the story and whether or not the ending is halfassed (this can be stated w/o psoilers, btw) should be part of the review.
Not finishing, at a bare minimum, the main story is a halfassed non-review.
Here's an example of Greenberg attacking, Google has lots more:

bullshit. Aaron Greenberg has repeatedly and regularly bashed and attacked Sony. Peter Moore did the same shit before he went to EA. Enjoy your Kool-aid, while the rest of us watch them both attacking back and forth.
boohoo.

You don't lose your games or your account with VAC. You lose the *privilege* of playing on VAC Secure Servers. You can still play your game, you just have to use unsecured servers making you have to play with fellow cheaters. Not sure how that's worse than getting your whole account banned and losing everything on it a la Origin.
The real news here is that people still give a rat's ass about Home.
Article title is incredibly misleading. This is about publishing rights in China.
Hurray! Another dupe! Posted front page yesterday: http://n4g.com/news/852666/...
No. Just no. Plagiarism isn't something you get to pass off as "I'm figuring things out." He knew full well what he was doing, and he's been doing it for some time.
To say that he's learned from it is full of crap. He needs to face the full consequences for his actions including being barred from press events, media expos, and getting interviews. THEN, he might be able to say he's learned from it. No consequences equals no lesson.
He broke into the industry and stole others' work to pass off as his own.
No theories were needed about how it would run PSP games. They stated, from the beginning, that PSN versions would be fully playable. They never said you wouldn't have to rebuy them. This piece is trash, even for an opinion piece. Troll article is troll.
