If we took it literally, yes, but then we might as well call it a RTS game since you need to think strategically in real time when playing it and perhaps it's a RPG because you have a role in the game?

Maybe they could add some kind of drop bonus per player in the group that actually take the time to go to the places they want to play at, giving people an option to either do it quick and easy with lower drop rate or do it the "hard" way with higher.
