Even if they get it to "work" the problematic state of the ps3 version means its likely to suffer from bugs and crashes and slowdowns etc. I'm still begrudging the fact they lowered the resolution without warning or even an admission, traded mine in, depending on how this business pans out maybe I'll pick up a game of the year edition at some point. For now, I'm gonna see what all this dark souls hype is about...
I would pay full game prices for remakes of the gta series and metal gear solid in those engines. Shameful but true. If people are able to do this, why have they not been completed and released for idiots who spend money with reckless abandon (such as myself) to foolishly spend money on?
Soo is this day z or a totally different but exactly the same game with a different name?
Holy crap, that literally made my day
Everyone hates on the second one, I myself think that r2 and r3 are my favourite fps campaigns of this gen, I never much cared for the first due to the expectations that came with it when I got my ps3 on launch date, it just felt old and clunky and I thought the lack of fmv's and cutscenes was lazy, plus I couldn't stand that narrator woman. I would love ig to do another, but there's no hurry
Gaming is my other dark passenger
I enjoyed this game for a while but not enough to care about this too much. For a game with pretty average graphics and gameplay that consisted of walking talking and hitting things with a sword that may as well have been a baseball bat it ran terribly. There are plenty other open world games with better graphics, gameplay and characters that run without a hitch so I just don't really care about Bethesda anymore. Shame cos I effing loved fallout 3...
From everything I've read it's gonna be more of the same with a couple tweaks, although the images shown have shown alot more firearms so maybe they're gonna lay off on the melee a little this time round. My biggest disappointment is that the characters are the same, such a crap cast, I'd rather make my own ala fallout 3 stylee and build an attachment to them rather than just be a bland asshole. Also I hope they make it more about survival, dying never felt like it had any con...
Love it when people try and pass off speculation as fact. Face it we don't know jack about this game yet, other than the title and that it's open world
once every couple months i dig it out and give it about 30 hours, it is engrossing, rewarding and fun, and i wont be trading it in til gt6 comes out, in like a decade... along with motorstorm apocalypse its the racer ive played most this gen
Hd ports of vc and sa would be a definite purchase for me, gta3 not so much having just rinsed it on my iPhone. Here's hoping
It would be nice, but if gta iv is anything to go by they will keep actual gameplay footage under wraps to make the first play completely fresh. Although since that game released R* have started doing those gameplay with commentary trailers ala rdr, la noire, mp3 etc so you never know...
I'll miss it, was damn good fun, slower paced maybe due to being four years ago but not shit by any stretch of the imagination
The first 1 was good, but I want to be able to make a custom character, have npc's I care about, less scripted zombies that are only alerted if they see or hear you so you can try and sneak by them, and instead of a safe house which they simply can't enter; require you to find and barricade locations which you have to protect and can be overrun causing you to need to find a new haven. I want survival, walking dead style, not a big dumb action game with lame characters. If only the dev...
ive always thought theres something kinda mafia about tretton, such a cool guy
id written this game off completely til i watched the new trailer, officialy looks like the slice and dice is back at the forefront of the game, yay!
october 20th? doubtful as we would have usually heard alot more from R* by now and they tend to stick to a 1 game a year type schedule, still i'd be more than happy to have them change that up and bring it out that soon, still like i said; doubtful
i was kinda hoping for a shaolin monks sequel from these guys next, but still this could be cool
Yeah the controls lag out quite badly, and I've had a few instances where I'm moving forward then try to make him go left or right and he glitchily goes in the opposite direction or backwards, very annoying!
Hahaha, I just read the article on ign that had that title, that's what got me intrigued!
