I can understand disliking a game and not buying one for reasons, but this is just a bit ridiculous.
If it's true, then that's pretty awesome.
I played the original a while back and have sold it since then, but this would definitely be a nice bonus.
you know...not everyone wants to pay for gold membership.
a winner? based off of a single rumor in a sea of rumors?
most definitely. i hate that feature.
This is one update I'm really excited about.
Good thing I've got college off tomorrow. :)
I agree. that on rails section was what killed it for me.
but, thankfully, the mp is awesome.
If it has a good campaign with a nice story, then I'll play it. But that Battlefield 3 campaign was just not that great, imo.
This looks really great....if the price was a bit cheaper.
But for what it is, I really dig it.
It's a no-brainer for sony, no doubt.
It's just ms that needs to adopt it. Either that or a really good alternative but I figure that a good amount of customers are looking for blu-ray players nowadays so it's be smart of ms to include it in the next xbox.
That's just my take on the situation.
I am just boggled by the amount of free time you have to shower words and words of hate on nearly every Halo article that gets submitted here.
Btw, Virgin Gaming's contract with MS is the major hindrance to MLG's support of Halo 4.
And if you actually took the time to read what the MLG pros think of Halo 4, you would have known that the large majority of them agree that Halo 4 has the tightest game mechanics out of all the Halo game in the series.
you're hating a company because they're giving free $20 worth of points with a game and spinning it as pathetic??
Wow..
343i just needs to bring back some laid-back gametypes (action sack, grifball, etc.) as permanent gametypes that won't go away.
Oh yeah, and forge maps need to enter matchmaking.
I believe you can still have first impressions despite how old something is.
Have you played none of their other games?
Halo isn't the only universe they've made.
I honestly do not think this will require a gold membership account for some reasons:
1) Voice chat is already free and requires just xbox live silver
2) I's a widely used feature, even among free members so I doubt ms would just completely shaft that entire segment
3) They're simply replacing an existing feature with another, not adding in another one or alternative to go along with voice chat.
My family and I are huge fans of skype and we use it nearly every day to get together with our other family members so this is pretty cool.
i agree. a subscription-based model really would be horrible.
I think they should just add in blu-ray.
Blu-ray sales are already heating up compared to dvd sales, so I imagine it'd be good to have in the long run.
I'm especially excited about having team doubles and grifball as regular playlists. And the new skill rank system sounds really great. I'm almost to sr 130 and I'll probably get there just in time when the new rank system rolls out.
Now, if only we can have snipers as a regular playlist again.
