Most pay to play mmorpg's have this stated in their terms and conditions, Funcom is not alone in this. Warhammer, Vanguard, SOE, Turbine, Eve etc all say the same thing.

Well deserved. Some great changes have taken place and the game is on the cusp of an awesome update lining up for the Expansion to come through in 1st half of this year. I'm well excited!
