The Last of us part 1 was my favorite game of all time. I replayed part 1 going right into part 2. I can easily say part 2 was way, way better.
People just wanted a part 1 remake basically. They wanted Joel and Ellie again, doing the same shit, with happy fee fees and their daddy and daughter bond. Thank the gaming gods we didn't get that. That would have been a horrible choice to just do the same thing over again.
