I wonder if there is some class action suit against Microsoft that pays to 360 owners against faulty hardware if people who got rid of the problem (360) can cash in too.

one of the first comments after this story was some dude claiming that he sent the system in and got it back 8 days later. HA-HA. Right. That was then. The overnight box delevery ended real quick.
