Loved Halo 5, don't understand where all the dislike comes from.
Loved enslaved, so underrated.
Can't wait to see Scorpio games on the E3 screens, also I want a new Splinter Cell and Perfect Dark at E3.
@kionic
Well said. Bottom line the Xbox Scorpio will have a demonstrable difference compared to PS Pro.
Xbox One has had a steady stream games since day one. Where is this no games attitude coming from.
@Nyxus
I think your wrong and Kionic is right. The list of titles you included are great but scattered with no solid release dates. On the Xbox side you will be getting Phantom Dust, Conan Exiles, Path of the Exiles, Cup head, Below, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Forza 7, Sea of Thieves soon all made to take advantage of Scorpio, plus Xbox team will unleash more games this E3 with release dates. Add in all the 3rd party titles that look better. Plus all the Oculus VR and ...
@Bigpappy
I find articles like this one odd that they talking about PS5 now when PS Pro just came out a few months ago. To me, it seems like you telling PS fans who bought the Pro, f--k you for purchasing, you should have waited on PS5. How about some articles on what PS Pro can do or is it that most people realize the Pro was a waste of a mid gen system.
@kneon
Do you read, have you taken the time out to understand how powerful the Scorpio is, or what it is capable of doing. Wow the hate on this site by certain fanboys is apparent with the lack of knowledge.
@jcole97
Don't pay them no mind. We are having a fantastic year on Xbox. And from what I see Nintendo and Sony are off to a good start as well. I am happy to see gaming at an all time high. This is going to be an epic holiday with Scorpio and all signs are pointing to great games across all systems.
@Kionic and @Christoculos
What I love about the news is knowing 1) the specs are out of the way no more speculation 2) E3 will be about showing off games at Native 4K. 3) the overall lead up to every announcement made in last two months has been positive. Good Job Xbox team giving digital foundry the scoop was genius. Can't wait for E3.
Note Xbox team don't get enough credit for new beam streaming intergration with Xbox live, Xbox game pass and t...
I think people know from a technological point of view the Xbox Scorpio is a beast. I myself will retire my day one Xbox One in favor of the Scorpio.
Overall, here are the areas that Microsoft has nailed in the last few months.
Pros
Xbox One Game Pass
Xbox One OS update
Xbox Beam Stream
Xbox One GWG
Indies love ID@Xbox
In my opinion, they are winning all the time with great announcements...
I am pumped. My wallet is ready.
Excellent can't wait.
Loved QB, Sci-fi is one of my favorite genre's and this game nailed it.
I love how everyone believes VGChartz when it comes to Xbox One game sales. This game is bought more via digital purchase people relax with doom and gloom.
I agree Elite Dangerous is fantastic.
Day One
Glad to see MS at the forefront with Indie developers, I know the start of this gen was the opposite, however last gen Indies and and MS shared amazing partnerships. Fast forward to present day, MS and indies share that synergy which will have long term positive effects..
I believe the ID@Xbox program has already turned out some gems. Glad to see indies developing at full steam.
Do you guys read or do you jump straight to pictures?
"While you will undoubtedly need a 4K set to see the true benefits of Project Scorpio, you will get many enhances textures, geometry, and effects on standard HD displays. These images show enhancements Scorpio can make to existing Xbox One titles by virtue of resolution bumps alone, without any additional tweaking and features that utilize Scorpio's monstrous specs."
