The Indie teams are always more ambitious. Games like Player Unknown Battleground can last as long as Counter Strike.
First and Foremost the switch is a great hybrid, portable/home console. I am not going to be as negative as most without giving the switch the opportunity to prove itself. As gamers we are aware that huge third party games are not coming to the switch. However, with the recent resurgence of Japanese Studios, Nintendo's first party exclusive library, the quality we see from the risk taking indie scene. Nintendo can actually be very good without huge third party titles. It would be nice to ...
The Switch is a fantastic Hybrid portable/console. However, I love the first party titles released on the Switch but my biggest feeling is once the titles like Zelda, Mario, Splatoon, Arms, Pokemon are out. What can we say is next. I know next year they have Kirby and a few others. However, switch needs to prove that it can bring a lot more third party titles. The indie games coming to switch, along with Japanese third party titles are great. The one problem I see is that when it comes to...
Xbox One S and Xbox One X is getting capcom love Resident Evil Revalations, Marvel vs Capcom infinite, Monster Hunter World and Ultra Street fighter.
@Sonic
That's one of the biggest problems that the N4g community has(not all of the N4g community). They don't take the time out to read. They only see a topic and run with it. MS has gone on record multiple times stating they are allowing the Developers to use the power the way want to use it. No mandate for all games to be Native 4K. The Xbox One X will allow for Native 4K, Checkerboarding, and Dynamic resolution. On top of that it will utilize on all games 4K t...
@Woolly
Well said. This game is going to be huge due to the Xbox Live eco system and with Mixer Support, Twitch etc. It's already popular, there is a fan base that loves these games. Add in first person mode this game will rock on Xbox One X.
In response to releasing titles throughout the year I think they working on staggering the releases. This years titles have been staggered and with a ton of Variety.
We are getting 5 Triple AAA...
I think in general we need to be happy we are getting great value from Xbox Live and PS Plus all this arguing back and forth is annoying. No one holds a decent conversation and if they do someone comes around and turns it into a fanboy War.
Nice release is imminent.
Nice can't wait for the beast to arrive.
Congratulations Nintendo good to see you back. Waiting on purchasing a Switch till next year. I want to see more titles.
Note no need to put any console down. Instead, we should appreciate each system. Be grateful that competition is here, along with more variety.
I thought this was exclusive to Playstation. Nice to see the Xbox is doing great.
It will reclaim the most powerful console this generation, it will also be the most powerful console to play Xbox One Exclusives, third party games and indies. I don't think it will overtake Sony in sales, Sony has a strong lead this generation. MS and Xbox Business is making Microsoft billions in profit. So right now there next focus is on building world glass games. They have invested in making more first party games and it will show in a year or so.
Note can't ...
Solid lineup if true.
