I will keep my Xbox 360. Still playing catch up on many great games. Xbox One this year is going to have the games I want to play for example:
RYSE
Forza 5
Killer Instinct
Dead Rising 3
As far as the 3rd party games it will be first on Xbox 360 then when Xbox One comes out that upgrade deal via Gamestop will help make the transition sweet.
@DayZ
The Original Xbox had support for about 2 years after the Xbox 360 dropped with excellent looking visuals for most games.
As far as with Xbox 360 the system is still getting support and continues to show excellent games. For example since 2009 we had excellent games like Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction, Metro 2033, Halo Reach and Halo 4, Gears of War 3 and Judgment, Witcher 3, Forza 3, Forza 4, Forza Horizon, Kinect games, Gunstringer, Dance Central...
@dedicatedtogamers
Having Xbox live and enjoying all the benefits that come with it including free 2 play is just one part of the xbox ecosystem. They don't need to change a thing. Xbox live has just gotten better with time.
Duly noted
Maybe a new Crackdown, fable or possible Xbox live indie game.
The system looks great and I can't wait for Xbox One on day one.
@killrateOmega
The paywall may be to ensure a quality service.
The ability to be able to watch games in 4K resolution is there it is up to developers to take advantage of it. As far as adoption of 4K televisions by the consumers who knows what the next few years might bring. Right now 4K televisions are to expensive.
@dedicatedtogamers
Having a system that does it all is a fantastic way to expand on us gamers who want to take a break from gaming and watch sports or a movie. You telling MelMan above that MS does not support Xbox 360 is plain wrong look at how they have expanded Xbox live. We also got this year Gears of War Judgment, State of Decay, Some shared pc games, Original Fable remade, plants v Zombies modern warfare coming soon, Titanfall coming soon, World of Tanks Xbox 360 Editio...
All the upcoming games have me excited exclusive or not.
I agree with you malokevi I am going to be enjoying my Xbox One on day one can't wait.
@newmonday
There is no negative momentum. The only negative thing now is gamers like you who continue to want to bring up nonsense because of some fake superiority you want to give the competition. Grow up and realize that a mistake was made and now it has been fixed overall the system is not out yet. Look at the positive and stop dwelling on the past. This is going to be a great system. The great games are what you should focus on not the politics.
I was planning on picking up Assassins Creed 4 on Xbox 360 first then picking up the rest of the titles that release along with Xbox One on day one. Now I have another title that I can add to the collection. The transition to Xbox One is going to seamless. Especially with xbox live.
Overall both consoles are doing great. The launch of these new consoles can't come soon enough.
@goldwyncq
Liberation was a good game. Disappointed that there is no sequel or at least a new entry for the vita.
My guess is maybe crackdown, fable or a new indie game.
Day One Purchase for me. I like the Roman era and this could be a potential future franchise.
Excitement is in the air for the new consoles. Games look amazing and the features are pushing the boundaries of what the traditional console offered.
Definitely excited about the Xbox One.
Absolute can't wait for this game.
@KillrateOmega
You could never make everyone happy.
I am tired of the BS articles and politics. I want to focus on what counts the games. Can't wait till November.
