All of those except Rare, Forza and Halo are on PC.
Pick up COD on PC or perhaps UT and try and play it with a controller against people using KBM
Graphics cards on PCs have been using GDDR5 for many years now, its actually rather outdated and soon to be replaced. DDR3 refers to a specific type of memory, or RAM, which is also replaced with DDR4.

No. And it will never work. Mods have been free for decades, charging for something that has always been free is absurd.
Now, once you realize a LOT of mods require other mods, then you run into copyright issues, if not being forced to buy the other mods as well.

It might, though my PC is getting old, the 6990 is still a beast in itself. I can still get a respectable 120fps in Star Citizen.

1090T 6-core CPU OC'd to 4GHz
6TB disk space
and the OEM 6990 set to BIOS 2 and OC'd a tiny bit

If you add it up, a console is magnitudes more expensive than even an enthusiast level PC over the course of its lifespan. I was honestly shocked at the difference.
Even getting paid $15/hr, you still have to work 10 whole hours to afford it. It is an absurdly expensive controller.
