just.. no, there is no such thing as a true bricking of a ps3 yet, its usually the hard drive that just needs to be formatted and voila, its fixed, unlike your brickbox 360 which gets a cardboard coffin in from taiwan

yes, the ps3 update is working fine, in fact more consoles on the 360 fail with updates than the PS3. also, dont forget what the article is.. not a place to mention a ps3 failure when it fails less than 0.5% total, compared to the 360s almost 40% failure rate TO THIS DAY

Those who dont find it funny are fanboys. i get a great laugh out of ones for the ps3, i get a laugh out of ones for the 360. those who take offense are the ones who make N4G a bad place. Articles like this ARE a joke, those who take offense to it deserve to have their console taken away
