uhhh linux doesnt ahve command line anymore, ive been using linux since 2007, sure its still there like command prompt in windows, but linux has more functionality with it, for instance 'apt install <program name here>' and it will install that program without you having to search the internet for it

carmack said that just because hes worked on pcs his entire career, the 360 is basically an underpowered computer, its somethign hes been developing for for years, if he took some initiative hed see the ps3 has much more power

youve obviously never heard uncompressed audio, yeah youve listened to a cd but thats still compressed audio.
uncompressed audio comes on dvds and you can play them on a cheap $100 7.1 sound system and they sound 100 times better then a cd on a good stereo system, uncompressed audio is unbelievably amazing
people buy windows? im in the computer industry and i have YET to see a legal copy of windows
i guarentee you they are making it as cheap as technologically possible yet they wont pass the savings onto the consumer
