I think we are getting tied up in scores and reviews and sales and jazz.
I even thought the sp was a little "simple"
but then i looked at it and i saw that this game is a heavily polished Masterpiece, It takes a lot of polish to make something that simple to begin with. They have thrown in a Gigantic mix of experiences in this game and i have not really seen any others recently that entirely transform the gameplay in order to move the story, general...

I dont know about you but when i bought the game i got BOTH single player and Multiplayer. they BOTH came with the game and if you don't like it don't play it.
Dude i honestly Really like this game singleplayer being an A+ and the primary reason im buying it. but the multiplayer is definitely superior.

Pretty much any graphics card meant for gaming in the last say i dunno 6 years you should be fine, because it will also run on consoles and theres no real talk about bethesda blowing the doors off the pc version.
