guess what. The completely changed the look of central plaza. The ONLY new thing from the closed beta to this is a little game in central plaza that is pretty boring and not fun. Other than that it is the exact same except the TOOK OUT the theater. It is there but it is now closed. So basically there is LESS to do now.
don't bother. It's pointless. There is nothing to do. The funnest thing is bowling....yes...bowling. Run around and try to talk to people...90% of them are afk or just standing there doing nothing/dancing. Waste of time.
really? I was on yesterday. I've had it a week but only really played it yesterday. Most people just stand around and don't talk to eachother. Other people go around trying to hit on girls (or at least guys dressed in girl avatars). Then other people just go around talking about their penis.
I was the 3rd option for the most part when I saw no one was talking. I did have fun bowling tho.......
lame. I got about a 3 week old 360 arcade and it is a Falcon. Great, guess I still have to worry. I had a launch 360 and it didn't get RRoD. It got no video output. Much much worse.

I agree PS3 is too expensive for most. They need to drop the price. If they did when Killzone came out I bet it would fly off shelves. I'm glad I have both consoles because I'm currently getting a lot of play out of my 360 and very soon Killzone is definitely gonna be taking up all my time :).
might as well. Takes like 30 seconds to set up an account for another region. Just make a US account and D/L. It is actually useful since other countries sometimes get demos earlier. I have a US account and a Japan account since they sometimes get demos before us.
i like both consoles. I live in harmony and peace within my cozy apartment where Xbox and PS sit side by side on a shelf in a cozy love bun under my HD TV. Where Gears of War 2 fondles MGS4's case on my video rack. Now lets get all those disagrees cuz it is impossible to love 2 things, amiright!? Never fails.

can not wait. Uncharted is possiblely the best PS3 game. A big thing to say perhaps but it is that good. Okay, maybe just a bit behind MGS4. :) The production value is top notch all around. Probably the best facial animations in any game.

I guess I missed these. R2 is without a doubt an above average game. Saying the AI is predictable because they take cover and occasionally rush you is very stupid. This reviewer must of went into the game with the review already written. Then to say R1's success was because of controversy. Alright buddy...
Dead Space is very awesome. The demo doesn't do it enough justice I believe.
I just went out and rented Fable 2. Not 5 minutes in it froze up my 360. And I'm playing on about a 3 week out Xbox 360 arcade. Pretty bad....from the 5 minutes I did play tho I don't think I care to start it up again. Think I'll go out and buy Left 4 Dead or Mirrors Edge (loved the demo).

maybe the COOP aspect overshadows everything for everyone. Seems like people bust a nut over COOP these days. I dunno why exactly to be honest. I find fighting other human players more satisfying than playing with them against AI.
Maybe why I haven't picked this game up yet. I'm gonna get a new game I think. I can't decide tho. This game, Fable 2, Mirrors Edge, Prince of Persia. I dunno...already beaten all the other big titles (gears, dead space, mgs4, etc)
very good game. However I was very disappointed with the multiplayer (the main reason I bought it). Only matchmaking (starting to hate that games only have that now-a-days) and it didn't work very well. Took long and it seemed like not many people were playing online. I'd end up racing the same people over and over. Then the races only lasted 2 laps all the time. So, short races in between waiting long to get into games. Bleh.

The first new art they put out looked a lot better. I was disappointed when they changed it. Still, it's Street Fighter in HD so there isn't much to complain about. The original HD art was just more detailed tho.
never had a problem with the matchmaking since day 1. Longest I had to wait...maybe.....was 2 minutes.
