true racing Sims are nice at 60 frames, but the arcadey racing games dont need it. Imo

I dont think mass effect is a good example. We are talking about 5 years here. Mass effect 1 was released in 07, and not released on ps3 till 2012. Of course a game that came out 5 years earlier didnt sell much.
Microsoft is really playing catch up so far. Although, in like 3-4 years I expect these small companies to release on both consoles
