The medals displayed every time you do anything placed right in middle of the screen are annoying.
That's how Alien Isolation was- you couldn't kill Aliens even though shotguns kill Xenomorphs in the movies.

I hope Nintendo doesn't over strain the hardware in order to make the game look prettier for magazine photos and internet screenshots. 'Cuz then the game won't run right if they focus on making it look pretty instead of ensuring it's actually playable and doesn't run like crap. Plus Nintendo hasn't repped good graphics since the game cube. The switch and good graphics shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence. Nintendo was reluctant to put the measly 4 GB of RAM ...

DOOM may look good on the switch's little display, but it will look less than phenomenal connected to a big TV. At 720p 30fps with medium to medium-high settings it will honestly look like Doom 3.
It sucks because their games are such high quality
I still play other M. It's the only one of my 30 video games that offers digital surround sound thanks to the Wii U's backwards compatibility mode.
The switch version will probably look better than the 900 x 640 xbox one version. The xbone's doom looked like doom 3 and made me go out and buy a gaming pc to play it properly.

I own a Vita and a Wii U and they both have about 5 great games each. A handful of amazing games. That's it.
Thank you Microsoft for letting us choose to play with people using the same input. Really don't feel like competing with someone using a mouse when I'm rockin the rainy day controller.

I agree with fleecejohnson and zb1ftw. Only PCs with nvidia 1000s series (or AMD comparable) can run 4k properly. 3 year old graphics cards especially with less than 6 GB vRAM won't cut it. Therefore you're looking at spending $700 minimum for a complete PC with keyboard and mouse to run 4k properly. And that's at a bargain we're talking used off Craigslist. Seems to me like the average PC gamer might consider getting the One X because it's more powerful than their PC.
Were there lots of boring parts? Like walking through the desert and there's just nothing around perhaps...
